1. Development process

- Phat Tai Co., Ltd was formerly known as Phat Dat Private Enterprise in Ward 11, Cao Lanh Town, Dong Thap Province, with a charter capital of up to VND 1,000 billion (One trillion VND), operating in the field of Milling, Processing. Food and Food Business from 1993 to present.

- Under the observation, analysis and grasping the development trend of the market, the company decided to expand the scale and type of activities. On January 29, 1996, Phat Dat Pte Ent was officially upgraded to Phat Tai Co., Ltd. with the main business of milling rice, buying and selling food and agricultural products for import and export.

- In order to facilitate and shorten the transportation distance, and ensure timely - stabilize input materials, Phat Tai Co., Ltd. decided to move its headquarters to No. 69, Highway 80, Binh Phu Quoi Hamlet, Lap Vo Town, Lap Vo District, Dong Thap Province. This is the right strategic vision, and an important turning point to bring the Company operating in a strong and sustainable development trajectory.

- After 10 times of business change registration, on August 4, 2010, the company has diversified in fields of activities such as: waterway transport of goods by motor vehicles; production and export of animal feed, poultry, fisheries, food, rearing freshwater and brackish water fish; processing and preserving frozen seafood, ...

- Besides, the company has 6 manufacturing plants with a total area of over 25,000m2 and a modern closed production line including: Oven - Separated - Polished - Sortex. The company also constantly improved and upgraded the technical system of machines and production equipment to better serve the production and business.

- With a chartered capital of more than VND 1,000 billion (one trillion VND), Phat Tai Co., Ltd has directly purchased, produced, processed, entrusted and supplied about 700,000 tons of rice / year to the domestic market and abroad.

- On May 13, 2005, Phat Tai Co., Ltd. became an official member of Vietnam Food Association. These are the conditions and at the same time an opportunity for Phat Tai to assert its position and strength in the international market.
